The first week was a success!

We were very busy in the classroom this week getting to know one another and working on Unit One activities. Students reviewed their grammar skills, wrote six-word memoirs, identified strengths and weaknesses in their study skills, and set academic goals for the year. This coming week will be just as busy. Make sure to visit the Downloads page and print the necessary handouts for this week. Also, if you haven't already, please sign up for Remind101 text reminders, and I need signed parent and blog forms from those who haven't already submitted these forms.

Excitement!

The first day of school is almost here! I have everything ready for all of you. I am looking forward to meeting you and filling you in on all of the fun we are going to have.

I have added a new calendar link that includes lesson plans. Lesson plans for this week are now posted. If you haven't already, please go ahead and start collecting your class supplies.

There are different instructions for honors and general classes. There is also a Calendar page in the sidebar.
